Easy-hosts.com provides hosting and additional services. Easy-hosts reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Easy-hosts when we decides that the account has been inappropriately used or misused. Note: all our services are covered by the General Terms and Conditions below.

1) In exchange for the fees that you pay in advanced, we will provide you with the advertised services using one or more of our servers for as long as you abide by the terms and conditions that are set out on this page.

2) We will setup your account after we have received full payment as per package. It is your responsibility to provide Easy-hosts with an email address which is not @ the domain's you are signing up under

. 3) All services provided by us may only be used for lawful purpose(s). This includes, but not limited to: Copyrighted material Obscene and pornography material IRC Bots Warez Sites Pirated Software Hate site Hack programs and archives

4) We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. Any user who violates this is liable to have their account terminated without notice. We reserve the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee. This cost of the clean up fee is left entirely to our discretion.

5) You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from us in advance. Those services will be billed on a recurring basis

. 6) We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain an appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.

7) We reserve the right to cancel any account or service at any time should it be appropriate to do so. Customers may also cancel at any time.

8) You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account.

9) You are allocated a maximum disk space usage amount. This amount depends on the package you purchase. Should you reach that maximum we reserve the right to suspend the account until you change to an appropriate package with the required allowance. We reserve the right to revise the policies in our term of Service at any time and without notice.
